CentOS-6.0 is based on the upstream release EL 6.0 and includes packages from all variants. All upstream repositories have been combined into one, to make it easier for end users to work with.
There are some important changes to this release compared with the previous versions of CentOS and we highly recommend reading this announcement along with the Release Notes at http://wiki.centos.org/Manuals/ReleaseNotes/CentOS6.0

I received an email last 3 weeks ago (June 7 2011) from DynDNS about their acquisition of EditDNS. As you have know, SYSTMBX is using the free service of EditDNS to manage its domain. Unfortunately, dyn.com FAQ states that "Services offered by EditDNS will be discontinued on August 31, 2011". This means that it include free.editdns.net. Bummer :(.
I searched the web for an altenative service, I found nothing compare to the service of EditDNS.
Yesterday, I was reading an article from Netcraft about CloudFlare. And I'm pretty impressed on what it can do. The best thing is, it's FREE. So I think I finally found an alternative.
Right away I signed up and implement it on SYSTMBX. |
